The work of laying the foundation for a log house is very painstaking and complex, requiring great physical effort. Therefore, it is better to do this work not alone, but with an assistant.
It is necessary to make the foundation monolithic and durable. Everything must be done quickly, all work is clearly planned. To do this, you need to prepare everything in advance and in sufficient quantities.
It is often not possible to pour the foundation at one time, and thus it is difficult to maintain solidity. Therefore, it is necessary to make partitions in the formwork and gradually fill. Such a foundation will also be of high quality and strong, since the transverse partitions will remain in place and will be a link.
First you need to make a formwork around the log cabin of the bath, which should be on your strong cages. Dig a trench of the required width and depth with a shovel

(width not less than 40 cm, depth – to solid ground of 20-30 cm), hammer stakes and pin boards to them. Each corner of the log house should be separated from the rest of the formwork by transverse partitions.
How to bring the foundation to the log house
If the cells are made of brick and are at the very corners of the log house, then they can be left in place and poured into the foundation. The fortress will not decrease from this, and the work will be done faster.
Start filling the foundation from the corners. This is provided that it will not work at a time. Before proceeding directly to working with a solution of cement, it is necessary to nail into small nails roofing material (1-2 layers) to the lower log. Do it around the entire perimeter. Roofing material will be an insulating link between logs and the foundation. Such a procedure must be done in order to then save itself from dreary work on palmoiding between the lower part of the log and a liquid solution. The roofing material should be suitable width, approximately the same as the foundation.
In addition, it is recommended to prepare large stones, broken brick, small pebbles and pebbles for work for work. Large stones can be laid at the very bottom so that they do not touch each other and the formwork. This will significantly reduce the flow rate of cement mortar.

The fill itself is carried out in several techniques. First the first kneads pour out. While the other is kneaded, that portion should start hard. At this time, you can put stones and broken bricks again. The solution will already be able to hold them in place, and they will not drown.

While you are doing this work, a freshly mixed cement mortar will finally reach and will be ready for use. Having poured it into the formwork, the next portion of the solution should be kneaded, and while it reaches (about 15 minutes), at this time begin to finish the last flooded section of the foundation. So gradually the whole filling is going on.
Small pebbles and pebbles will be required for the final refinement of the foundation. Since not in all places it will be possible to pour the solution so that it fits snugly against the log house, and mandatory manual fine-tuning is required.
If you do not do this, then there will be gaps, or the log house itself can sit down and warp.
If you want to make the foundation completely monolithic and without transverse partitions, then you can resort to the following technique. You should finish work as late as possible, and start as early as possible in the morning. Then the solution will not yet have time to seize completely, and a new portion of the solution will be able to contact the last one laid the day before. You can also cover the last filled area with polyethylene in order to reduce air ingress. The solution will harden even more slowly. Before starting a new fill, you can pour water over the old area. This will help a better bond.
The poured and summed foundation must be left alone for a while to allow it to dry completely. After a couple of weeks, you can disassemble the formwork, tear off the roofing material and lay it on top of the foundation. Uneven places and traces of formwork can be cleaned. This is easily done on a fresh foundation using special grids or a simple plank.
