How to lose weight – we know how!

Many girls and women dream of losing weight. A slender figure in the summer season – what could be more pleasant for men’s eyes and their own satisfaction? Many people dream of it, but not all achieve it. It’s not hard to find an explanation for this. However, we are not looking for explanations, we are looking for ways to Fulfill our dreams. Let’s start with the fact that exercising in the gym is the first step on the road to success.  We will talk about this in more detail.

On the one hand, exercising in the gym is a luxury that not everyone can afford (in material terms). On the other hand, you can not stop at the first place that comes across, you can continue to search for an “available” hall. Buying a subscription will not only save our money, but also make us responsible for spending it. The subscription of some clubs is valid for a year, which is very convenient for its use. Another important characteristic of the hall is the duration of the lesson. A significant difference: exercise for an hour or, as they say, “until exhaustion”, when the end time of the workout depends on you personally. Another popular question of girls starting to play sports: “Choose a lesson with a trainer or a single?» It is quite natural that an individual lesson with a trainer costs an order of magnitude more: about 2-3 times compared to a regular lesson. But this item is optional: when you come to the gym, there is always a trainer there, who, if necessary, you can contact with a question. It is worth remembering the following procedure for training in the gym:

Body warm-up (stretch up and “straighten” the spine, stretch the neck, spinal muscles, arms and legs);

Treadmill (gradually increase speed, do not increase the load abruptly, breathe correctly – only through your nose);

Exercise machines for arm muscles (ladies, be especially careful! Read the instructions for simulators and ask questions to a professional trainer. We do not want to make ourselves “bodybuilders”, we need graceful hands, not broad shoulders);

Exercise machines for the leg muscles (gradually increase the mass);

Press exercises (iron hoop – the key to a thin waist).

To achieve the result, you need to perform 2-3 series, gradually increasing the number of exercises performed. Tip: do not “run on the simulators”, you need to perform the exercises serially. Why? Blood rushes to the muscles, forcing and work. In the first series, we warm up the muscles, then they “work for us”.

Any athlete will take a bottle of water with them to training. Best Solution: Rinse your mouth but don’t drink water! Drinking water during exercise complicates the work of the heart. After taking a few sips of water, you will feel pain in your side when exercising on a treadmill. Moral: be patient until the end of training, athletes!

How about music while exercising? Music is always playing in the hall, but, you see, there is nothing more pleasant than hearing it in your vacuum headphones, choosing exactly what you want to listen to for you. It is worth preparing for a workout in this regard as well (for example, look at The FITNESS Top 100 Workout Songs – the world chart of sports songs).

Another tip for beginner athletes: don’t forget to bring your shower supplies. A cool shower after long hours of training will relieve physical fatigue and give the body comfort, as well as even greater self-satisfaction.

Dear ladies, don’t expect instant results and fast weight loss. Classes in the gym will save you from fat mass, but also “give” muscle mass. But this does not mean that nothing will change: you will see how your body changes, it will please your eyes.

As for nutrition, you should refrain from flour and fatty foods. The beauty of your body is 30 percent dependent on physical activity, the rest is your daily nutrition. Over time, you will realize that such “abstinences” are not fatal: training will subconsciously make you feel a lot of responsibility for the luxury of your body. Over time, food will move from the category of “Entertainment” to the category of “Necessity”. The reason for this is your new, healthy hobby – “Sports”!

So, losing weight, we repeat once again what you should take with you to the gym: clothes for sports, sneakers, a bottle of water, shower accessories, a player with your favorite music, wristbands (if any, for the convenience of running), an elastic band for hair.
